The Petawawa Minor Soccer Club is a community-driven organization dedicated to promoting the love of soccer among youth in Petawawa and the surrounding area. Focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, the club provides players of all ages and abilities with a fun, supportive environment to learn and grow. Whether introducing young athletes to the game or helping more experienced players reach their potential, Petawawa Minor Soccer Club is committed to building confidence, character, and a lifelong passion for the sport.

The Coaches/Team Selection Committee is responsible to the President and shall be comprised of the following Board of Directors:
- Chairperson: Vice President
- Member: Head Coach
- Member (x4): Divisional Directors (U3/U4, U6; U8; U10, U12 and Youth)
Committee decisions will be reached on the majority rule principal, with each committee member having one vote. The Chairperson will only provide the tie-breaking vote if required. The duties of the Committee shall be to:
- meet prior to the outdoor playing season to organize teams within the PMSC Recreational Program;
- ensure that only coaches who are members in good standing within the community are selected based on their qualification and experience;
- conduct assessments when required; and
- ensure that teams are fairly selected and equally balanced based on all available information.
U10 Festival Committee
- plan, set-up and manage canteen
- assist with set up (tents, nets as required)
- collect team registrations
- set up and manage information booth/tent
- plan concurrent events as required
The Discipline/Protest Committee is responsible to the President and shall be comprised of the following Board of Directors:
- Chairperson: Vice President
- Member: Youth Director (if applicable)
- Member: Head Coach
- Member: Applicable Divisional Director
- Advisor: Director of Officials
Committee decisions will be reached on the majority rule principle, with each committee member having one vote. The Chairperson will only provide the tie-breaking vote if required.
The duty of the Committee shall be to decide disputed points concerning games under the jurisdiction of the PMSC and forward its recommendations to the President for implementation.
Any incidents requiring a disciplinary sanction will be levied IAW the OSA policies regarding discipline and is to be handled at the divisional level.
Any member who receives a disciplinary sanction as determined by the Discipline Committee may appeal such a decision in writing to the President of the PMSC within 72 hours of being notified by the PMSC.
The committee is not meant to deal with red/yellow card infractions as this is dealt with at the divisional level.
